Bass Rig

Container based rig that allows you to tweak out a pop rock bass rig. Amp Drive controls the first three knobs on the bass amp allowing you to increase Gain and Drive while automatically backing down the Volume to keep levels even. Compress knob increases the Fast Comp's Input while backing down the Makeup gain. Amp/DI is a blend knob allowing you to dial back in the DI signal helping preserve the low end focus of the bass. Distortion kicks in a pedal on the amp side of the signal chain. This Distortion knob allows you to increase the pedal's distortion while backing down the volume and filter to keep the results musical. When adding in higher amounts of distortion try mixing in more of the DI signal on the Amp/DI blend knob to keep the bass focused sounding in the track.

The delay times are set so the left a dotted eighth, and the right is a quarter note, both at approx. 116 BPM. This works great if you arpeggiate a chord with eighth notes. Feel free to increase the delay levels for a more drastic effect.
